I would like to start off by thanking everyone who attended the March membership meeting. I hope you enjoyed the
opportunity to get to know both agents and affiliates who you have not interacted with before this meeting. I know
it makes us all a little uncomfortable at first but the
feedback I received after the meeting was positive.
As we all know, a lot of this business involves developing
relationships with clients, other agents, and affiliates. When this happens, it can help in making deals go that
much better at all points in the transaction. So hopefully we can build on this momentum and continue to introduce ourselves at meetings to those whom are unfamiliar to us.
It is hard to believe that March is over and so is the first quarter of the year. Hopefully,
everyone is staying on track with the goals you set to start the year. Now is a good time to pull out those business plans or written goals and make sure you are keeping up with the daily activities that you set out to complete. If you have not completed a business plan or written goal there is no better time than now to do it. As Zig Ziglar used to say “if you aim at nothing, you will hit it every time.” So take the time to at least set a target so you can aim at something.
